Module 1 - Gratitude
The single most important factor in the sustaining of well-being, abundance and happiness. On this call we’ll cover the essential skills for maintaining an attitude of gratitude and attracting the specific people and opportunities that will help you grow your business, solidify your most important relationships and generally be quite a bit happier! Cool right? From this foundation, all the rest of the work builds on itself.
Module 2 - Forgiveness/Acceptance
Resentment - toward self or others - is the single most influential obstacle to Gratitude.
Unlock resentment with a very specific technique and gratitude flows like you just tapped an underground aquifer full of clear, cool, life-giving water for your soul!
You’ll use this technique to continue to unlock blockages in areas of your life you never imagined would effect your business.
Module 3 - Responsibility
A key component of the work discovered in the throws of the cancer/healing experience - and confirmed by conversations with thousands of survivors - is the recognition, acceptance and ownership of absolute responsibility (literally: response + ability). The empowering and encouraging nature of this step in the process is not just influential. It’s transformative. Each component building on the last becomes stronger as you integrate the work into the various areas of your life. Through group support and laser coaching, you'll unlock greater and greater levels of self-awareness, release deeper and deeper blockages to success and expand wider and wider zones of comfort, competence and confidence.
Module 4 - Risk
A common theme among all successful leaders in business, sports, spirituality and altruism is the ability to assess, tolerate and effectively operate within higher levels of risk. You'll establish competency evaluating risk and expanding risk tolerance.
This allows you to try more, learn more and accomplish more within days of starting the program.
Module 5 - Courage & The 3 Dragons™
In this module, you'll be exposed to a deeper understanding of the three primal fears. The Fear of Illness and Death (pain and/or non-existence), the Fear of Loss of Love, Respect and Admiration (being alone), and the Fear of Poverty (resourcelessness). All lesser fears - the ones we ordinarily attribute to “holding us back” - can be traced back to one of these three primal fears.
Understanding the primal fears, the role they play in your reptilian brain and the role they play in your modern life, will help you to view the healthy side of fear.
This is an important step in developing a mastery of the fear and employing fear in the accomplishment of your cherished objectives.
By taming the Dragons and putting your dreams in the forefront of your consciousness, you'll befriend the Dragons and employ them as allies in your dearest pursuits.
Module 6 - Making it all Mean Something
Your story matters. It could even save lives! Hyperbole?
My experience leads me to believe that this statement is more true than you might think. When you learn to find meaning in your experiences, even the most painful ones - sometimes especially the most painful ones - you begin to see the value in sharing those experiences.
By appreciating that sharing your story - even when rendering you vulnerable - can help lessen the load of another, it begins to feel good to share your experience.
Participants begin the process of learning effective ways to share your story for greater impact, influence and service. When I began this exploration for myself, I was self-conscious and afraid to be seen. I compared myself to Tony Robbins, Zig Ziglar and the many GREATS I had long looked up to. I listened to the Nightingale Conant "tapes" with a voracious appetite. I couldn't get enough! I offered my first live programs nearly 30 years ago.
Each time I took the stage I feared I could never live up to the awesome legacy they'd imprinted onto every stage. I studied the craft of communication, presentation, transformation and influence. Having worked personally with some of these masters, however, only made my "comparison disorder" worse. I felt the gap between what I was capable of on stage and in my life only grew wider as a result. I thought I'd never be like "them".
Thank God! (No, it's not a statement against them. My admiration for those great teachers remains as strong as ever today.) It's just that no matter how hard I tried, what I wasn't realizing was that I don't really WANT to be like them. Or like anyone. I want simply to be more like ME. More of the real me. As it turns out, the world wants that too!
My coaching practice began to grow and gradually I injected more and more of ME into my coaching. I discovered I was freaking good at it. Less and less I depended upon "old school" marketing and coaching techniques and relying more and more upon my intuition, spiritual center and personal truth.
I found the more and more I shared from this place, the more results my clients saw!
Everything changed when I began to express more of ME.
